The project is an attempt to create an urban system of social support for those excluded for housing reasons. Its aim is to integrate the solutions of the housing policy area into the solutions of the area of assistance and social inclusion towards deinstitutionalisation and individualisation of support for people at risk of social exclusion. The subject of the project will be to carry out comprehensive and personalised activities in the areas of social inclusion, professional activation, education and health aimed at people and environments at risk of poverty and exclusion.The measures to be implemented are described in tab.3.4 and respond to the causes of problems identified in tab.3.5.2. An important element will be prevention aimed at quickly catching information about the emergence of debts and interventions through specialised carers of residents.The project is intended to cover 100UP support. The project will last 24 months, project implementation will increase the independence of PP, increase their motivation to take up employment, increase their competence/qualification/skills, which will increase their value as employees. 49 % of participants will take part in traineeships and receive an internship scholarship, 50 % of the Polish University will increase their competences/qualifications by participating in training.Participation in individual activities will be equally open to representatives of both sexes and people experiencing different barriers (e.g. disability). Partners will ensure that the forms of support offered to participants do not perpetuate stereotypes about gender roles and genders.
