The subject of the project is to provide support to families in solving care and educational problems, leading to informed and responsible taking up and carrying out functions arising from parenthood and supporting family foster care, as well as implementing measures to prevent the placement of children in foster care and to enable children in custody to return to biological families. Support will include 33 biological families, 48 foster families, 10 families of candidates to serve as foster families. Support will be aimed at stimulating the activity and responsibility of families and minimising difficult and crisis situations. As part of the prevention of support, actions will be aimed at strengthening family development by: education, counseling, counselling, appropriate leisure activities. Work will be initiated, together with the project partner, on developing a strategy and action plan for deinstitutionalisation and development of family descendants in Konin.
