The project implemented from 01.1.2017 to31.12.2018 will be directed to 222 inhabitants of Pow.Rawicki. Objective of the Project: increasing access to social services: assisting, caring and supporting the family. The activities carried out shall aim to support: non-reliant persons with disabilities, 35 (20K,15M)children placed in surrogate care and 29 disfunctional families and their surroundings: 32(21K,11M) surrogate parents with biological children 2(2K),12K-carers incomplete. Objective achieved by: introduce a family assistant for 12families, creation of 2 support families, extension of care services by physiotherapist services for 53 people, creation of 2 and retrofitting 1 rented equipment for people with disabilities and dependents, psychotherapy for 5 dz. from foster care, classes in “School for Parents” for 60 people (K,M), 15os(12K,3M)support of the personal assistant of people with disabilities., support for 12(K)care of disabled people, dietary counselling(15person) training for surrogate families, family-owned children’s homes and families with a characteristic. ambulance, school. strengthening the competences of existing births and financial support. Detailed description in section 3.4 The planned actions are preventive, designed to prevent the placing of dependent persons with disabilities in institutional op., and in the case of dysfunctional families – separation of children and family and placement in foster care. Replacement family training will provide more and better care and upbringing in family foster care. The activities are an extension of the scope of preventive measures carried out on dysfunctional lines and increase the availability of care services and assistants, will extend the existing services by additional physiotherapists. O100 % will increase the number of services provided: personal Disabled Assistant (PCPR Rawicz), about 12.18 % of the service of a family assistant and about 100 % of the service of families.
