The aim of the project is to broaden the local offer of social services by various forms of care services and support services for persons from incomplete and their actual guardians (OF) will be addressed to 356 people including 100OF. In Leszno in 2015 the care services covered a total of 196 people of which 45os were covered by special service.. 34 caregivers provided assistance to those in need of support. 54 people live with their family, 62 people are born out of the house and 46 people are completely single. In addition, the analysis shows that 32 persons are receiving a special care allowance. In 2015, 738 people benefited from the support of MOPR for reasons of disability. and 1252 people due to long-term illness. The project will carry out the following tasks: social work and social services, activity trainer environmental support for dependants and their OF, within the framework of the Centre for Self-Emancipation, thanks to the creation of a short-term place of daily stay, will be supported by actual carers in care of dependent persons. Of will be supported through training, courses. The added value of the project will be the exchange of experiences between OF and the substantive staff. The forms of support proposed by the project will be equally open to representatives of both sexes, i.e. to whom. Partners will endeavour to ensure that actions are free of gender stereotypes and those implementing projects and external contractors will be informed of the need to respect the principles of equal opportunities. During the project, an action plan for deinstitutionalisation and the development of local community-based services will be developed in line with the pan-European guidelines for the transition from institutional care to community-based care and implementation.
