“Improving access to social services in Kalisz County”

Project implemented in partnership with gm.: Opatówek, Brzeziny, Blizanów, Godziesze Wielkie i Lisków i Org. poz. — AKME Foundation. The partner ngo was selected in accordance with Article 33 of the Act of 11 July 2014 on the principles for implementing cohesion policy programmes financed in the financial perspective 2014-2020 (hereinafter: the Implementation Act). Support will be provided for at least 349 physicists who, according to the KC’s order, learn or work in the Kalisz area (wlkp). All participants in the project are people at risk of poverty or society. (except RZ AND FACTIC carers ON) as defined in the Inclusion Guidelines, including: children, youths, dependents, families with children. The teaching environment will also take part in the various activities. (which depends on the ability to implement and increase their effectiveness). PCPR Kalisz (Leader partner) will support a total of 32 children from foster care, including those who are independent – 2 people (17K, 15M). and 25 RZ and 9 children biol, GOPS Opatówek will support at least 5 independent people and 15 families experiencing caring difficulties and 10 op. factual, GOPS Brzeziny will support for example 20 non-reliant people, including 20 independent persons together with the factual difficulties. Gops Blizanów will support at least 7 dependants and 5 op., GOPS Godziesze Wielkie will support at least 14 dependent people, the GOPS Lisków will support at least 13 people (3 dependent and 10 families experiencing care problems), and the AKME Foundation will direct the project support towards 174 people: individuals and their caregivers, family members who are experiencing caring and caring difficulties. The project will provide the following services: assistance + accompanying services, care services and specialist services, mentoring, key competence courses, training accommodation and animation activities in local communities.
