Partner project (types 1 and 2) implemented on 01.09.2019-31.08.2021 together with the Queen of Poland Foundation of St. Jadwiga on the territory of Pot.pilski. The NGO partner selected before PLN. i.e. on the basis of Art. 33 of the Implementation Act of 11.07.2014. The project support will cover a total of 105 persons who live in Pot.pilskie (Wielkopolska, Pilskie OSI). Target group of the project 80 people in poverty or social outturn. (hereafter abbreviation: ZUlubWS), according to the definition of guidelines in the area of IUlubWS:- 20 incapacitated persons and 40 dependent persons due to disability (including children);- 20 persons living in custody of the second/persons. The aim of the project is to increase access to social services for 80 people with a target and 25 people in their surroundings, designed to satisfy the needs of these persons resulting from disability and independence, or from rearing in second care, as well as the above-mentioned knowledge and care of 20. Project dealing with problems and needs in the provision of social services, identified in the area of its implementation, taking into account demographic trends and the level of availability of community services in this area.
