Support for seniors in the Municipality and the City of Krajenka

The main objective of the project is to increase the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion using care services in the Municipality and the City of Krajenka (Wielkopolska Voivodeship), by creating 20 seats in the Senior Club within 01.11.2018-31.12.2020. This objective will contribute to the specific objective for action 7.2. WRPO 2014+ The increase in the number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion of the community benefiting from social services after the planned activities for dependants from the area of the Municipality and the City of Krajenka (Wielkopolska Voivodeship).The activities planned in the project will contribute directly to the achievement of the goal due to the planning of the establishment of the Senior Club in Krajence. Wielkopolska. In the Municipality and the City of Krajenka the number of witnesses to day care services will increase by 20 newly created places in the Senior Club in Krajence. — 20 persons dependent, at risk of poverty or exclusion. (15K) people over 60 years of age, in mind. KC on the territory of woj.wlkp. 1. Establishment of the Senior Club in Krajence.2. The current functions. Senior club in Krajence.Main assumption/effects: —Creating 20 seats of the Senior Club in Krajence- Support 20 (15K) of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion as part of care services. -Performing 608h classes in the framework of special guidance/animac activities.The project is implemented in a partner with the social economy entity.CIS Foundation – We want to integrate society. The duration of the project shall not exceed 36 months. The project promoter submits one application for funding of the project in a given competition. The area of implementation of the project concerns the Wielkopolska Voivodeship. The selection of the partner was made prior to the application for funding in accordance with Article 33. 3 of the Act of 11 July 2014 on Principles of Implementation of Cohesion Policy Programmes in the Perspective 2014-2020.
