The project responds to problems and needs in the provision of services, identified in the area of its implementation, taking into account demographic trends and the level of accessibility to services of general interest in the area of its implementation.The aim of the project is to improve functioning in areas which determine the quality of life of 70 (65 K) independent persons from the area of Tarnowo Podgórne and the observatory of 40 localities (Poznań County, Wielkopolska Voivodeship), through the access to high quality care services in the form of the Senior Club.
