WCES will operate and provide services in 3 areas: 1) animations in local environments, 2) incubation of new FVCs (including grants and bridge support) 3) support for existing FVCs (including upgrading skills and professional experience of PES employees in business processes). PES – grants for new jobs in FVCs and bridging support for PES – business advice for PES – consulting and specialised services for PES – cooperation with ROPS, other OWES, PUP The support for social reintegration will be covered by 436 people. The aid will be covered by 180 PES. Thanks to school activities (including intro courses), advisory and service activities, the turnover in supported FVCs will increase by 5 %, 20 % of FVCs consulted on finance. Animation and educational activities will be conducted in 29 environments. The visibility of ES within the SP will be increased, inter alia thanks to ES fairs, conferences, seminars, articles in the press, media broadcasts and the use of modern sources of communication
