The project will be implemented in the Poznań subregion together with M. Poznan (SP) and in 3 municipalities outside the SP by accredited OWES – a partnership of 2 entities.The aim is to increase the importance of ES in the development of local communities. SP w Zakr. employment. and activating people zagr. uc. and excluded. social (OW) and the provision of services used by publ. until 12.2021. WCES will conduct activities and provide services in 4 ranges: 1) reintegration OW2) animations in local environments and increase visibility of ES3) incubation of new PS (including grants and support. bridge)4) support existing PS (including improving qualifications and professional experience.PES employees in the framework of business processes).Main activities:- Intensified diagnosis of participants/curricular activities – activities from. PES- grants for new jobs in PS and bridging support for PS- business advice for PES- consulting and specialised services for PES- cooperation with ROPS, other OWES, PUPS support in the field of social reintegration will be available. 500 people living in poverty and exclusion (58 %K), of which at least 50 % will find employment, deep in PS.There will be 198 new, permanent (over 12 m) jobs in the PS, as well as 20 new FVCs. The help will be about 100 PES. Thanks to the activities of schools (including professional courses), advisory courses and services. turnover in supported PS will increase by 5 %. 20 % of FVCs consulted financially will benefit from repayment instruments, the competences of members and employees of the FVCs will increase. Animation and educational activities will be carried out in 30 environments.It will increase the visibility of ES among the residents of the SP, among others thanks to ES fairs, conferences, seminars, articles in the press, broadcasts in the media and the use of modern media sources.
