“Good school – good profession” – Pilska construction trains professionals.

The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness in the labour market of pupils/pupils (U) of the Construction Schools Group in Piła, in particular by increasing their professional qualifications/competences in a way that meets the needs of the local/regional labour market and to provide support for teachers (N) in vocational training. The project is a response to the individual needs of the ZSB in Piła identified in the diagnosis approved by resolution of the District Management Board in V. 2018. Diagnosis presents an action concept that meets the development needs of students/students (U) and teachers/teachers (N) in the field of vocational training, taking into account the expectations and needs of local/regional labour market. The project will be implemented from 03.2019 to 08.2021 in the area of Voivodeship of Wlkp. organisation of additional vocational courses/training, implementation of new innovative forms of vocational training for pupils, traineeships and apprenticeships, retrofitting of the professional workforce and activities aimed at professional improvement N. As a result of U and N support, the competences/skills/skills sought by the local/regional labour market will be acquired. This will make U more attractive as workers, which will increase their chances on the labour market. Moreover, curricula that develop the professional and social competences of pupils will become more attractive and support their interests. This will be reinforced by supporting N vocational training and providing conditions in schools that reflect natural working conditions. Due to the fact that the school is an intermediary between U and employers, all forms of support will be implemented in close cooperation with the community-gosp. school environment, so that the offer addressed to students is most appropriate to the needs of the labour market.
