Staff of the future – vocational training in the Mechanics of the pilgrims in line with the needs of the labour market.

Participation in the project will increase competitiveness in the labour market of pupils (U) Technical Schools in Pile (ZST) in particular by raising their professional qualifications/competences in a way that meets the needs of the local/regional labour market and providing support for teachers (N) in vocational training. The project is a response to individual needs of the ZSTs Pilezidentified in the diagnosis approved by resolution of the District Management Board in V. 2018. Diagnosis presents a concept of action responding to the development needs of pupils/students (U) and teachers/teachers (N) in the field of vocational training, taking into account expectations and needs of local/regional labour market.The project is dedicated to 285 U and 12 N, of which it is assumed that not to 256 U (10K) and 11N. It will be real. in the thermometer from 04.2019 to 12.2021 in the voivodeships. The project plans:- U participation in courses/training- participation in vocational traineeships- support N vocational training (training courses/training)- retrofitting of professional workers to provide conditions reflecting real working conditions in school.As a result of U and N support, the skills and competences sought by the local/regional labour market will be developed. This will make the U more attractive as workers, which will increase their employability in the labour market. Moreover, thanks to project measures, the level of vocational training at school will affect the competitiveness of the regional economy, thanks to the employability of workers with better qualifications and will make it considerably easier for job seekers in the region. All forms of support will be implemented in cooperation with the socio-economic environment, in particular those forecasting as a potential employer for school graduates.
