The project is the answer to the individual’s diagnosis. problems of the School of Economics in Pile (ZSE) and realisations will be in the period from 01.04.2019 to 09.2021. The doc. group are pupils/participants (U) and teachers/teachers (N) vocational training. The aim of the project is to increase the professional qualifications or competences of 64 U (31K) and 8 teachers (6K) of the Pile Economic Schools Team, taking into account the needs and expectations of the regional.o labour market, implemented in cooperation with the social environment – in the period from 04.2019 to 10.2021. The support will be 70U(34K): 20U (15K) in the profession of tech. economist, 20U (15K) tech. advertising organisation 30 U (4K) tech. IT specialist, and 8 N (6K) Participant. take advantage of the following. forms of support:- traineeships- courses/training for U- courses/training for N vocational training- retrofitting the workshop professional. in order to provide the conditions in the school allow. to acquire skills desirable on the labour market. This is mainly due to the fact that these companies deal with sensitive data, they often sign confidentiality clauses with their customers. As a result, U activities will be trained in a way that responds to the needs of the community-gosp.,develop the competencies desired by employers. The attractiveness of curricula that develop professional and social competences will be strengthened and support their interest. Improvement of N will allow you to enrich your own work workshop, deepen your knowledge and confront modern techniques and equipment within a given profession.Since the school is an intermediary between U and employers, the support will be implemented in close cooperation with the community-owned school environment so that the offer addressed to U is most appropriate to the needs of the labour market.
