The investment includes the construction of a ground-floor, ground-floor building with a steep roof, not subterranean. The basic supporting elements are brick walls, prefabricated ceilings and carat beams. These elements carry vertical loads from own weight, utility loads, wind and snow. Traditional technology has been adopted, partly prefabricated (L-19, ceiling slabs). The ceiling was selected taking into account the characteristic utility load of 3,0 kN/m² and a replacement load from the partition walls of 1,25 KN/m². The roof was designed with snow and wind loads.
