The subject of the project is the physical, economic, social and cultural revitalisation of the downtown of Chodzieża, in order to which the following scope of work is necessary: 1. Reconstruction of St. Shooting and land development in its surroundings to create Jazz Star Avenue. 2. Redesigning the park at the Municipal Library in order to create the park “Rest with Culture” along with the transfer of the historic weaving lamus to it for its visibility. 3. Changes in the development of the quarter inside the Żeromski fyrtl, including reconstruction of the internal communication system. 4. Reconstruction of the pavilion at ul. Jagiellońska 5 for the purpose of activities of the subject of social economy. Investments falling within the scope of the project will be carried out in the “design and build” mode. Therefore, each of the project’s tasks shall consist of the following activities: 1. Documentation related to the preparation of the project. 2. It’s construction work. 3. Contract engineer team and overseeing construction works. A description of the activities planned to be carried out under these tasks is set out in section 3.4. of the application for co-financing. The project involves revitalisation of an area of 1.80 ha. It will create and rebuild 12979.58 m² of open public spaces with small architecture and land development elements that are tourist attractions and foster social inclusion and activation of residents of the revitalisation area. The project will support the reconstruction and adaptation of the pavilion at ul. Jagiellońska 5 o pow. 150,32 m² for PES activities. The facility will also be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. In addition, the project plans to rebuild 0.38 km of municipal road (ul. Shooting – as part of the Walk of Jazz Stars). The project’s share for the area covered by the revitalisation programme will be 5.45 %.
