The project consists of creating modern social and recreational centres in Pila. For the purpose of the project, the premises belonging to the old ISKRA and ZS Overgymnasian cinema No. 3 will be adapted and the existing Gwardia stadium will be rebuilt for a general purpose. The centre for sports, family, recreational and cultural needs will be rebuilt. The project focuses on the following investment activities:1.Renovation of the building complex for the creation of the Centre for Social and Cultural and Scientific Integration of the “ISKRA” Centre. For the purpose of the project, rooms belonging to the old ISKRA and ZS Overgymnasional cinema No. 3 will be adapted. The new Centre will be a place of social integration, where I will implement initiatives of a socio-cultural and scientific nature, thematic halls are to be created for educational activities and popularising science.2.Revitation of the stadium together with its area and thus create a place for active recreation and the possibility of organising events, picnics and sports competitions, as well as a place for training. The implementation of the project will reduce the scale of social problems, improve functionality and security and aesthetics of space. It will reduce the presence of architectural barriers enabling the active and social inclusion of disadvantaged and older people. Target group:•regeneration area residents,•public institutions in the area of revitalisation;•non-governmental organisations in the area of revitalisation;•disabled persons,•economic and social actors in the area of revitalisation, tourists, • social economic operators.As a result of the project implementation, the following product indicators will be achieved (2020):•Revitalised areas – 4.02 ha•Number of objects responsive to the needs of people with disabilities•Number of objects with disabilities.
