The subject of the project is the development of the school base of Copernicus High School 2 in Turku (hereafter: G2; currently, Elementary School No. 1 to improve the conditions of education and to extend the educational offer of the institution, especially in the field of learning key competences and to shape the right attitudes and skills of pupils. The proposed project is part of the comprehensive activities planned also within the framework of the integrated project (WRPO 8.1.2). The project consists of 3 types of work: I. Reconstruction of the school’s sports infrastructure in the field of multi-function pitch with 4 track treadmill, long jump jump, balls and infrastr. tow. (sports equipment, hardenings, greening) b. Adaptation of 2 classrooms for the purpose of creating an Experimentarium of Natural Sciences “Little Copernicus” about the area. 97.44 m² in order to conduct interdisciplinary, experimental extracurricular activities.
