The Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Poznań with its seat at ul. Szczepanowskiego 15A, fulfilling the tasks of the Intermediate Institution for Priority III “Environmental Environment” of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 related to closing the perspective 2007-2013, plans to implement in the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2018 a project under Technical Assistance of the WRPO for 2014-2020, bearing the costs associated with: salaries of employees involved in the closure of the CSF for the years 2007-2013 together with derivatives paid by the employer for 2016 and 2017, annual prizes (13 salary) for 2016 paid in 2017, individual incentive awards for 2016 paid in 2017, annual prizes (13 salary) for 2017 paid in 2018, according to the scope of activities, powers and responsibilities, and the resulting percentage commitment to the OP 2013; purchase of office supplies for employees involved in the closure of the CSF for the years 2007-2013; delegations of staff involved in the closure of the MSF for the period 2007-2013 concerning the audit of projects submitted under Priority III “Environment” of MFF 2007-2013. For the performance of the above tasks, the IP MFF 2007-2013 will use its own structures, assigning tasks to individual departments, in accordance with their competences and experience, thus creating adequate human resources as necessary and necessary for the effective fulfilment of the obligations arising from the signed Agreement. All of the above actions are intended to improve the system for closure of the MFF for the period 2007-2013.Until the end of 2018, the Fund will continue to bear additional costs related to the closure of the 2007-2013 perspective, which are not included in this proposal due to the lack of approval of the MFF for extending the project period to 31.12.2018.
