The project will bear costs related to salaries of employees involved in the implementation of the CSF 2014-2020 and closing the perspective 2007-2013, as well as those involved in monitoring, research and analysis of the labour market used for the implementation of MAP 2014-2020 (in the field of network cooperation with the Wielkopolska Regional Territorial Observatory). These costs include, inter alia: basic salaries, additional annual wages, sickness wages, salaries for the duration of holiday, training and holiday equivalent, other components of pay for work (e.g. wage allowances), rewards, social and health contributions paid by the employer and employee, contributions to the Labour Fund. The project shall also include other costs related to the employment of employees, including: preliminary, periodic and follow-up tests; benefits related to the provision of glasses by the employer to work on the monitor. In addition, the project will bear the costs associated with improving the skills of employees involved in the implementation of the MFF 2014-2020 and closing the perspective 2007-2013: national and foreign training (group and individual training, seminars, workshops, study visits) and postgraduate courses and studies, costs of national and foreign delegations. The measures under the project will allow to finance employment and to continuously improve the skills of employees involved in the CSF, which will strengthen staff capacity, contributing to the smooth management and implementation of the Programme.
