The subject of this project is the launch of 5.5 ha of investment areas within the existing zone in the Mulnik area. The investment shall consist of the following elements: 1. preparatory work: cutting, levelling, demolition, sapper supervision; 2. construction of internal roads with a length of 2628 m in the Mulnik Service Centre, including pavement, bicycle path, greenery; 3. construction of water and sewer networks (including rainwater) and electricity grids, IT sewerage, liquidation of collisions to the “Mulnik Service Centre”, 4. investor supervision, 5. project promotion, 6. building documentation with author supervision. For the purpose of implementing the project, in order to acquire land for investment, in XII 2016. The municipality of Świnoujście swapped the land with the State Forestry of Międzyzdroje with a surcharge for the State Forests and the construction documentation was drawn up. In addition, in order to organise the property of the land under the planned road, the Municipality of Świnoujście will purchase plot no. 208/11 of the area 10. Supervision over the correct implementation of the investment on behalf of the Beneficiary will be carried out by Construction Supervision selected by the Municipal Engineering Department. As part of the project’s promotion, 2 information boards will be purchased, during the construction phase and 2 commemorative plaques, in addition the promotion of the project in local media is planned. In parallel, a subpage dedicated to the project on the website www.swinoujscie.pl is being conducted.
