The project will consist of armament of 13.4873 ha of investment areas in Koszalin in the area of Lechicka/Szczecińska Streets with the construction of the necessary network of technical infrastructure. Within the zone, armed areas will be created together with internal communication infrastructure with dehydration and lighting and the necessary technical infrastructure for the equipment of the site (e.g. sanitary and rainwater sewerage networks, or water supply networks). The area in question is an investment area of strategic importance for the further economic development of the City of Koszalina for investments in the local spatial development plan. It is one of the best locations in the city for the development of economic activity due to its convenient location, i.e. close proximity to national road No. 6. The intention shall include: — the preparation of the site and the creation of an internal communication infrastructure with lighting and necessary technical equipment for the purpose of communication and proper functioning of the area at the level enabling access to investment areas, – construction of water supply for the protection of domestic and economic water supply, -construction of sanitary and rainwater sewage systems, -removal of collision with existing networks. For the purpose of communication of the zone allowing access to investment areas, as well as the movement within it, an internal communication infrastructure will be created, consisting of: a section of the target road within (along) areas of plots intended for armament for the purpose of enabling the access and armament of these plots and most of the assembly and operation roads providing communication with the current communication system of the City and access to individual components of the armament (e.g. pumping room, storage tank).
