Purchase of low-emission bus fleet in 20 pieces

The project consists of the purchase of 20 units of factory-new low-emission bus rolling stock of high standard, with diesel engines, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, environmentally friendly and improving travel comfort. Within the framework of this project, the applicant plans to sign the following contracts, constituting the eligible costs of the RPO General 2014-2020 project: —Manufacturer of supply of 20 low-floor buses related to the implementation of the investment – selected in the form of unlimited tender, -The contractor of the project promotion according to the rules of the RPO WZ – selected in accordance with Art. 4 point 8 of the PZP Act. The purchase and delivery of 10 single-member buses and 10 two-member buses with air-conditioning in passenger spaces, unexploited and not used for presentation or similar purposes. Buses will have up-to-date documents forming the basis for their registration in Poland on the day of submission of the offer and meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on technical conditions of the vehicle and their equipment (Dz. U. No. 32 of 2003, item. 262, as amended). Diesel buses purchased as part of the investment will meet the requirements of the Euro VI emission standard, ensuring that all necessary environmental conditions are met. The purchase of a bus rolling stock qualifies the investment for a project of a non-stationary nature The project meets the requirements set out in the Rules of Call, i.e.: —Type 2 under Action 2.2. RPO WZ – Purchase or modernisation of low-carbon rolling stock urban ranch. — meets the Euro VI exhaust emission standard – it results directly from the provisions of the ZIT SOM Strategy and -the cost-benefit analysis proves that the project is economically and environmentally beneficial. The applicant shall have the appropriate technical and personnel resources necessary for the implementation of the project in accordance with the objective.
