“Energy modernisation of public utility facilities: Pm No 1, PM No 10 and SOSW in Świnoujście’

The object of the project is the energy modernisation of three public utility facilities in Świnoujście, i.e. Pm No 1, PM No 10 and SOSW. Thermal retrofitting works in the PM building no. 1 will consist of insulation of the outer walls with styrofoam of 15 cm, U=0.040 W/mK together with warming of the foundations and ceiling. It is planned to replace the door carpentry with aluminium carpentry and a partial replacement of the traditional window joinery for PVC windows. The final stage of the works will be the reconstruction of the CO and C.W.U installations together with the circulation and installation of 6 solar collectors. The scope of thermal retrofitting works in PM no. 10 and SOSW will consist of insulation of external walls with styrofoam of 15 cm, U=0.032 W/mK together with warming of the plinth and walls below the ground. The ceilings of the attic with mineral wool or styropapa will also be warmed with gr.20 cm, U = 0,035 W/mK. The external door carpentry will be replaced with aluminium carpentry, U= 1,30 W/mK, in addition to the SOSW building, the traditional window carpentry and carpentry with PVC profile, U=0.90 W/mK will be replaced. Both buildings will comprehensively reconstruct the CO and C.W.U installations together with circulation. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary and Operator of the investment will be the Municipality of Świnoujście – local government unit. The project will be managed by the PCM method in a participatory form and involving external entities (investor supervisor). The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. The choice of technology justifies the project’s effects: significant savings in final energy (including heat) and primary energy, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. The project is fixed, does not generate revenue, is not covered by public aid
