The project includes comprehensive thermal modernisation extended by measures to reduce the electricity consumption of social housing at ul. Bank 20-22 in Police. The project concerns buildings in which 100 % of housing is municipal housing. The material scope, which is the same as the stages of the project, concerns the modernisation of the central heating system and the preparation of hot water, insulation of external walls, modernisation of the lighting system in common parts of the building, roof warming, modernisation of the ventilation system and the replacement of external woodwork (doors and windows), for which the U>2,0 factor. The energy modernisation of the building provides for the replacement of electrical installations in the building, replacement in common parts of the building, i.e. staircase, common spaces, luminaires and light sources for LED filament lamps, taking into account the requirements for minimum illumination values in a given zone, modernisation of the lighting regulation system.
