The project consists of the construction of a new photovoltaic power plant EF Wałcz 3 with a cable connection. The photovoltaic power plant EF Walcz 3 will have a capacity of 1.98 MW, the area of construction up to 5.95 ha and will be located on plot no. 332/6 within the City of Wałcz (multi-year lease with an entry to KW), while the cable connection to the connection to the power grid will take place through plots of 332/6, 333, 67/1, 73, 72/1, 74, 72/3, 65/3, 5660/2 within. The photovoltaic power plant will consist of photovoltaic panels (7072 pieces with high min. efficiency ratio of the module at 15 %) installed on variable inclination frames (winter/summer – the design allows optimal inclination of panels to maximise power production), connected to inverters with efficiency of at least 98 %, nn/SN station with the possibility of building technical equipment. The power plant will be equipped with equipment and systems to monitor its operation by maximising the use of the farm for energy production. Due to the location of the farm (south-eastern part of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship) and advanced technology, the proposed power plant will be able to produce a total of about 2300 MWh of electricity per year. The generated electricity will be delivered to the power grid SN 15 kV via the nn/SN transformer station.The expected life of the power plant is 25 years. The technology used meets the environmental standards of the European Union as defined in the notices of the President of the Polish Committee for Standardisation on the list of harmonised standards.
