The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the walking promenade located in zone “A” of the spa in Kołobrzeg. The technical solutions introduced are aimed at developing the area covered by the project in terms of: • the formation of pedestrians and cycle and recreational paths; • the development of children’s playgrounds, the construction of a fountain and the development of leisure zones and parking spaces for bicycles; • elements of small architecture (benches, information boards, waste containers, street spas, etc.) • surface replacement • dehydration of the area • construction and reconstruction of underground armament (rain drainage, sanitary sewerage, water supply) • construction of land lighting and illumination lighting. • construction and reconstruction of energy networks • shaping and green equipment. The beneficiary shall be responsible for the implementation of the project. Material scope and key phases of the project: I. Preparatory work – finished 1. Development of project and cost documentation. 2. Development of a feasibility study. 3. Development of the application application together with the necessary annexes. II. Implementation of the project. 1. The actual implementation of the project (according to the timetable); 2. Supervising the implementation of the project (according to the timetable); 3. Coordination of work related to the implementation of the project (according to the timetable); 4. Keeping financial accounts in accordance with the timetable; 5. Running the project promotion (according to the schedule). Immediately after the completion of the project, it is possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure created as part of the project implementation. There is no need for additional projects. After completion of the task, the management of the built infrastructure will be transferred to the municipal department of the City Hall – a paper on the road. The specialists employed there take care of the ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure, including maintenance, snow removal, baskets.
