The city of Kolobrzeg has been developing dynamically in recent years, as a spa and resort, visited by both tourists and tourists from Poland and abroad. Tourist traffic and the associated traffic of motor vehicles during the summer season is high in the city, which causes numerous congestion in the streets, especially on transit roads. At the same time, the seaport, berths and fishing bases are being rebuilt. The project consists of reconstruction of the road system in the area of Kołobrzeg Port (ul. Port). Its main objective is to increase road accessibility to the centre of growth, which is the Kołobrzeg Seaport. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, the availability of investment areas to ports will be improved, the function of which is foreseen in local spatial planning plans. The purpose of the investment is to achieve the following basic objectives: 1/Building a safe road surface. 2/Introducing the proper functionality of the road lane with particular emphasis on improving road and pedestrian safety conditions. The scope of the investment includes: • The surface of the designed road is wide. 5.00 m with bituminous surface • Slanted car parks wide. 2.50 m, in places allowing it – perpendicular car parks. • Parking spaces for disabled people width 3.6 m • Pavements with paving stones • Downhills from coloured concrete paving stone • drainage using rainwater drainage (including the replacement of channels approx. 259.00 m as well as all wells of rainwater drainage enabling the revision of the refurbished network and carrying out necessary maintenance work within the designed system) • street lighting (construction of a cable line of land lighting and sewage system for the purposes of teletechnics) • development of green areas
