Activation of unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation in Koszalin County and Koszalin County

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 29 who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market in the Koszalin district and the city of Koszalin The main result of the project will be the employment of 154 people registered in the County Labour Office. The project will support people who are unemployed over the age of 29 who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom, according to the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions, the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or a second aid profile (so-called “requiring support”) has been identified. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
