The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 321 people (162 K and 159 M) over the age of 30 and more in the labour market in Koszalin County and Koszalin County by 31.12.2017. As a result of the project, it is assumed that at least 131 participants (68K and 63M) who will complete their participation in the project, will take up employment that meets the conditions of employment efficiency.Employment will be measured in accordance with subsection 3.2 The method of measuring the employment efficiency criterion in the project included in the “Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of European Social Fund funds in the area of the labour market 2014-2020”. The main result of the project will be at least 145 people working, including self-employed after leaving the programme. The project will be attended by 321 people (162 K and 159 M) aged over 30 years and over, registered with the PUP in Koszalin as unemployed persons in a particularly difficult labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people) for whom, according to the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the I or II profile of aid has been defined. The project envisages the following tasks: 1.Individual Action Plan and Vocational Advice or Employment Intermediation for 321 participants of the project; 2. Internships for 31 participants in the project; 3.Intervention work for 106 participants in the project; 4.Training for 30 participants in the project; 5.Single funds for setting up a business activity for 84 participants in the project; 6.Equipment or retrofitting of workstations for 70 participants of the project.
