The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 277 people (141 K and 136 M) aged 30 years and over who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation in the Koszalin district and the district of Koszalin until 31.12.2018. As a result of the project, it is assumed that at least 116 participants (62K and 54M) who, within a period of up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project, will take up employment that meets the conditions of employment efficiency. The main result of the project will be at least 125 people working, including self-employed after leaving the programme. The implementation of the project will contribute to the attainment of at least 29 participants of professional qualifications after leaving the programme, confirmed by a document within the meaning of the Guidelines for the monitoring of tangible progress in the implementation of operational programmes for the period 2014-2020. The participants of the project (UP) will be 277 people (141 K and 136 M) aged 30 years and over, registered with the PUP in Koszalin as unemployed persons in a particularly difficult labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people) for whom, according to the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, I or II profile of aid has been defined. The project envisages the following tasks: 1.Individual Action Plan and Vocational Advice or Employment Intermediation for 277 participants of the project; 2.Training for 19 project participants;3.Intervention work for 94 project participants;4.Training for 36 project participants;5. One-off measures for taking up economic activity for 68 participants of the project;6.Equipment or retrofitting of workstations for 60 participants of the project.
