The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 252 people (128K and 124M) at the age of 30 and above, especially those who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation in the Koszalin district and the district of Koszalin. The project will result in at least 114 people working, including self-employed after leaving the programme. The implementation of the project will contribute to the attainment of at least 18 participants of professional qualifications after leaving the programme, confirmed by a document within the meaning of the Guidelines for the monitoring of tangible progress in the implementation of operational programmes for the period 2014-2020. In addition, there are plans to create at least 64 jobs within the framework of the ESF’s business start-up measures. Participants of the project (UP) will be 252 people (128K and 124M) aged 30 and over, registered with the PUP in Koszalin as unemployed persons, in particular those in difficulty on the labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled). The project envisages the following tasks: 1.Individual Action Plan and Vocational Advice or Employment Intermediation for 252 participants of the project; 2.Training for 21 project participants;3.Intervention work for 81 project participants;4.Training for 30 project participants;5. One-off measures for taking up economic activity for 64 participants of the project;6.Equipment or retrofitting of workstations for 56 participants of the project.
