The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 167 people aged 30 years and more who are in a particularly difficult labour market in the district of faminia. The main result of the project will be the employment of 76 participants/participants of the project. The project will support 167 people (84K and 83M) aged 30 years and over, registered at the District Labour Office in Sławow as unemployed persons in a particularly difficult labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom, according to the Employment Promotion Act and labour market institutions, I or II profile of aid is defined. As part of the project, participants will be subject to the following instruments and services of the labour market: — Identifying the needs of people who are unemployed and diagnosing opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market – preparation of the IPD (167 persons); — Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of selection of a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of a supported person or career guidance in the field of career development planning, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications (167 persons). Based on the results of the profiling of the aid and taking into account the indications in the individual action plan, project participants/participants will be able to benefit from such forms of support as: —Internship (for 58 persons); —Training leading to qualifications or competences (32 persons); —Training of Entrepreneurship ABC (45 persons) together with the allocation of one-off funds for starting a business; —Receiving employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment/employment equipment (for 32 persons). Participants will be able to apply for reimbursement of the cost. medical examinations and the cost. transfer. to places of internship or school.
