The aim of this project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 30 and more who are in a particularly difficult situation in Szczecin County registered in Szczecinek PUP. The main result of the project will be the employment of 133 beneficiaries after the end of participation in the project. The project is aimed at unemployed people over the age of 30 and more who are particularly disadvantaged on the labour market in Szczecin County. Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of support will be presented for each person, which will be determined by analysing the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, support will be implemented in the form of: IPD job mediation and career guidance (for each participant obligatory); traineeships; intervention work; training; one-off measures for taking up a business activity and reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of workstations.
