The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 135 people over the age of 29 who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation in the district of fame. The main result of the project will be the employment of 61 participants/participants of the project. The project will support 135 people (71K and 64M) over 29 years of age, registered at the District Labour Office in Sławowow as unemployed persons in a particularly difficult labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom a first or second profile has been identified in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Market Institutions. As part of the project, participants will be subject to the following forms of support: — Identifying the needs of the unemployed and diagnosing opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market of young people (135 persons); — Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of selection of a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of a supported person or career guidance in the field of career development planning, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications (135 persons). Based on the results of the profiling of the aid and taking into account the indications in the individual action plan, project participants/participants will be able to benefit from such forms of support as: — Internships (for 110 persons); — Training of ABC Entrepreneurship related to the allocation of one-off funds for taking up a business activity (for 12 persons); — Receiving employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment/employment facilities(for 13 persons).
