The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 212 people over the age of 30 and more who are in particular difficulties in the labour market in the district of fame. The main result of the project will be the employment of 96 participants/participants of the project. The project will support 212 people (98K and 114M) over 30 years of age and over, registered at the District Labour Office in Sławow as unemployed persons in a particularly difficult labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled), for whom, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, I or II profile of aid has been defined. As part of the project, participants will be subject to the following instruments and services of the labour market: — Identifying the needs of people who are unemployed and diagnosing opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market – preparation of the IPD (212 persons); — Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of selection of a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of a supported person or career guidance in the field of career development planning, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications (212 persons). Based on the results of the profiling of the aid and taking into account the indications in the individual action plan, project participants/participants will be able to benefit from such forms of support as: —Internship (for 116 persons); —Training leading to qualification (20 persons); —Training of Entrepreneurship ABC (30 persons) together with the allocation of one-off funds for starting a business; — Receiving employment as part of the refund of the costs of equipment/equipment of workstations (for 46 persons) Participants will be able to apply for reimbursement of the cost. journey to places of traineeship or school.
