Revitalisation with an opportunity for active integration

The project is implemented in the area of 25 communes (the award criterion no. 2) from the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship located (on 08.03.2018) in the Special Inclusion Zone, in subregion C, i.e. Karlino, Tychowo, Przybiernów, Gryfice, Golczewo, Świerzno, Wolin, Polanów, Świeszyno, Darłowo, M. Darłowo, Malechowo, Postomino, Municipality of Sławno, Chociwel, Ińsko, Suchań, Biały Bór, Borne Sulinowo, Połczyn Zdrój, Sławobor, Łobez, Resko, Rymań, M. Szczecinek. All activities planned under the project shall be part of the objectives set out in the ROP-approved revitalisation programme for the area concerned. The main objective of the project is to stimulate, in accordance with the Local Revitalisation Programmes, the active integration of local communities in the 25 municipalities of the WZ (subregion C) by 31.12.2021 by carrying out the following tasks/phases and indicators: Task 1) LOCAL ANIMATIVE: the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme (persons) – according to the CRL is 729 people; The number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired competence after leaving the programme [persons] – according to SOOP is 125 persons; Task 2) REALISATION OF INVESTMENT INVESTMENTS: the number of projects consistent with the approved revitalisation programmes implemented under the programme (pieces) is 150 and EVENT ORGANISATION: the number of events integrating the local community carried out by residents of the revitalisation/degraded area after the completion of animation activities (pieces) is 150. Local animation will make residents feel the creators of change in their immediate surroundings and will identify with these changes. The project will prepare and stimulate communities to participate actively in shaping and building a local support system. The aim of the actions will be to bring about and carry out a ‘positive change’ in the local community. The animation will focus on building and developing the potential of the local community – the development of human and social capital
