Objective: By 31.12.2020 the employment of 100 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including 55 women, and 22 disabled (including 12K) inhabitants of Kołobrzeg through active social, professional, educational, environmental measures and benefits and assistance in nature will be increased. The target group consists of 100 inhabitants of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, GMINY City of Kołobrzeg, including 55 women from the following group of recipients: at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, of which 40 are unemployed (20K) and 22 are persons with disabilities (including 12K). The project will be attended by approx. 150 people from the environment to the extent necessary to support the UP. The main tasks are active social integration (social work, social contract, social projects, training of social skills, specialised support, etc.) educational (courses, vocational training), professional (KIS – work training, professional skills training, advice in advance, internships with employers, etc.), health benefits and assistance in nature, numerous environmental activities and accompanying support. Social, educational and health AI will be provided for the unemployed from the I and II profiles. Key Community principles and policies are also planned in line with the guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with N and the principle of equal opportunities K and M under EU funds for 2014-20.The main results are aimed at bringing the UP closer to the labour market. It is assumed that the social performance ratio will be at least 44 % and professional efficiency of at least 32 %. In addition, it is assumed that after leaving the programme: at least 31 UP will be qualified according to standards, min. 25 UP will seek work, and min. 15 UP will work or take up business activity. New competences confirmed by a recognised document (after validation) will obtain at least 70 UP
