The main objective of the project is to integrate 48 people(27K,21M) with disabilities (ON), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, raising the employment rate among min.16(ON) and the level of social activity among min.22 ON (PREM CRIT.1), from the area of Zachodniopomorskie voivodship, within 01.08.2018-31.08.2019r. Achieving this objective will enable the creation and operation of the CLUB of active Socio-Professional Integration INTEGRACTION IN SCZECIN, within which a comprehensive path of support for ON and its surroundings will take place, based on a reintegration programme, created individually for each person, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential, predisposition, needs. The reintegration programme will be created jointly with ON by a psychologist, a professional counselor and a therapist. This will be the first stage of ON support.Types of support under the project are: trainings for interpersonal development(24h/person), individual psychological therapy (16h/person), family therapy (16h per family), legal counselling(4h/person), integration of theatre, philharmonic, opera, cinema, etc.(4 outputs, etc.), addiction therapy/socjatherapy(48h/os-help for 8os), active mobility therapy/rehabilitation/rehabilitation ), professional activation workshops (20h/person), vocational training for 40 people ending with an external examination, 3-month internship (for 40 persons), job mediation (12h per person). Due to the nature of the target group, participants will be able to reimburse the costs incurred for commuting, refreshments during training, remuneration for participation in traineeships and trainings. The Club of Active Social and Vocational Integration in Szczecin will operate for at least 2 years from the end of the project. As a result of the project, the employment will receive 16 people.
