The project aims to develop the social economy sector and increase its importance in the economy by increasing profits, increasing employment and specialising in the ES sector in the Szczecin region. Establishment of the Western Pomeranian Network of Social Economic Support Centres – Social Economics Support Centre for the Szczecin Region, which deals with comprehensive support of social economy entities (planned to include PES 100 support) and their local environments and individuals (planned support for 500 people) interested in launching or supporting (environment, e.g. JST, NGO) projects in the field of social economy. Individualisation of support pathways based on diagnosis of the local environment/initiative group/PES, provision by staff for ES development: LOCAL animation containing educational, animation and information instruments; The creation of new PES services provided through training and advice for initiative groups and the existing PES SPEAKER, through their economicisation and competitiveness. The comprehensiveness and versatility of the support provided – from local communities through initiative groups and new entrants and existing actors, ensures the satisfaction and effective impact on diagnosed needs, problems and deficits, and will lead to the implementation of at least 13 social economy initiatives in the region, the creation of 15 pro-employment PES and the creation of 15 new jobs in the SEE and a total of 66 people at risk of exclusion.
