The project aims to develop the social economy sector and increase its importance in the economy by increasing the level of employment in the SEE in the Szczecin region. The activities envisaged in the project are addressed to: individuals and entities aimed at establishing a social enterprise and social enterprises themselves, including social cooperatives. Western Pomeranian Network of Social Economic Support Centres (SZOWES) through the use of individual support paths based on instruments such as: training, including vocational training, advice, including business advice, professional advice, psychological support, mentoring, coaching, as well as the opportunity to familiarise themselves with entities operating in the social economy sector (through for example study visits), will help raise the knowledge and skills needed to set up and/or run and/or develop a social enterprise, including a social cooperative of at least 50 participants. A minimum of 25 permanent jobs will then be created, which will be created by allocating funds to create new jobs in the social economy sector, which is closely linked to the emergence of new SEEs in the Szczecin region. New jobs for a stable strengthening of business competences of project participants will be supported, over the next 12 months, by providing bridging support in the form of financial and non-financial support, i.e. as part of individualised advice, including business advice, coaching, mentoring. The comprehensiveness of the activities will be ensured through close cooperation between SZOWES and the surroundings of the social economy sector, including social assistance centres, poviat labour offices, representatives of local business.
