The project aims to develop the social economy sector and increase its importance in the economy by increasing the level of employment in social enterprises and developing the social economy sector in the Stargard region, by creating jobs in social enterprises. The activities envisaged in the project are addressed to: individuals and entities targeting the establishment of social enterprises, including social cooperatives. West-Pomeranian Network of Social Economic Support Centres through the use of individual support paths based on instruments such as: training, including vocational training, advice, including professional counseling, psychological support, mentoring, coaching, as well as the opportunity to familiarise themselves with entities operating in the social economy sector (study visits), will improve the knowledge and skills needed to set up and/or run and/or develop a social enterprise, including social cooperatives 40 recipients of activities. 18 permanent jobs will then be created for those at risk of social exclusion, as set out in the Social Inclusion Guidelines. Jobs will be created by allocating funding to a social enterprise to create a new job in the social economy sector. New jobs will be supported over the next 12 months by providing bridge support in financial form and through personalised advice, including coaching and mentoring. The comprehensiveness of the activities will be ensured through close cooperation between SZOWES and the surroundings of the social economy sector, including social assistance centres, poviat labour offices, representatives of local business.
