The project envisages the creation of 14 new places in 5 new protected dwellings. The apartments will not be located in the institutional care facility. The establishment of care facilities will be provided in the local community. The project foresees an increase in the number of protected dwellings by 14 compared to 31 December 2018 without deterioration of the quality of the services provided. The project contributes to the specific objective of Action 7.6 of the GPO – by 2022 the availability of social services in particular environmental, care and family support services for 76 residents of the Police District at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion will be increased. The project will be implemented in the area of the Police Municipality, which is located on the List of revitalisation programmes of the gminas of Zachodniopomorskie voivodship, including in the area covered by the revitalisation, current at the date of publication of the application for co-financing in LSI – award criteria 1. As a result, 14 social services supported by the programme will exist after the end of the project, 14 sites in protected housing created in the programme will exist at the end of the project, 76 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will leave institutional care for social services provided in the local community in the programme. The project is addressed to 60 homeless K/M from Police Municipality and 6 mothers with 10 minor children. The main tasks of the project are social reintegration of the homeless, mothers with minor children, renovation and equipment of protected housing, social work. Services provided in assisted dwellings do not have the character of rehabilitation tours. This is a partnership project of two contracts will be concluded before the financing decision.
