Objective: By 2020, in the area of GM Kołobrzeg there will be: increase the availability of educational offer for 3-4 year-olds in PLO 4 by increasing the number of seats by 88, including for at least 44 girls, including for 7 children from N, increased educational opportunities and independence of 37 children from N (including min. 14 DZ) by adapting existing places and extending the educational and specialised offer to the needs of children from N in 3 PLP and raising the skills, qualifications and competences of 5 pre-school teachers in the field of special education. The target group (types 1 and 2) consists of preschool children living in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the area of GM Kołobrzeg: type 1 project – 88 children, including at least 44 girls and 7 children from N aged 3-4 who had not previously participated in preschool education; type 2-37 children with disabilities, including at least 14 girls. Another group (type 5) is 5 teachers/employees employed in the Kołobrzeg PLP. The actions are aimed at the creation and financing for 12 months of new pre-school facilities for younger children, i.e. 3-4 years of age, and adaptation of existing pre-school facilities in integration preschools/with integration departments to the needs of children with N and equalisation of deficits of children with N through participation in classes of hypotherapy and/or dogotherapy.
