Kindergarten special chance for disabled children.

The aim of the project is to create 30 new preschool places for 30 disabled children aged 3-4 years (cover. PREM.NR 1)(15 K and 15 M), providing rehabilitation activities for children and raising and supplementing the qualifications of the pedagogical staff from 01.04.2019 to 31.08.2020, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure. The project will ensure the functioning of the newly created group, for the duration of the project.(food, teach, rehabilitation.)A therapeutic centre with a special kindergarten will be established, whose organisation will be in accordance with ROZP.MEN of 17.03.2017 on the detailed organisation of public schools and kindergarten publ. We will provide small groups of children guaranteeing therapeutic success. Children will have access to all the therapies that will be conducted individually and collectively, with an emphasis on independence and communication and social development of children.Direct contact between parents and therapists will strengthen the effects of work and help solve problems that families of our patients have to face on a daily basis. The implementation of the project is the result of a diagnosis of the availability of preschooling places for disabled children together with rehabilitation (Sz-n), which reveals a significant shortage of places for disabled children. In Szczecin there are two special nurseries and several integration departments with a limited number of places and types of disability as part of rehabilitation. Children with various types of disabilities will be admitted to kindergarten – Down syndrome, autism, visually impaired, deaf, children with aphasia, children with Asperger syndrome, with a slight intellectual disability. In addition to basic day care, there will be adequate, diverse rehabilitation with specialists.Support for professional improvement will be addressed to 2 teachers e.g. in the field of special pedagogy (curriculums, workshops, trainings completed with a certificate)(KRYT.PREM.3)
