The main objective of the project is to improve the teaching conditions of the Primary School in Brojce with a branch in Dargosław and Secondary School in Brojce (West-Pomeranian Voivodeship) and increase key competences in at least 85 % of the 276 students (129K/147M) who learn in the above-mentioned schools (in the area of WZP) during the implementation of the project, as well as an increase in skills and qualifications in at least 92 % of teachers out of the 35 (30K/5M) students. Schools down. 31.07.2019r. Support shall cover the implementation of tasks: 1. Group workshops with key competences necessary for the personal development of pupils – 186 people; 2. Teaching and equanimity classes and activities developing pupils’ talents – 212 people; 3. Classes for pupils with special educational needs, including students with disabilities – 24 people; 4. Educational and vocational counselling for students – 64 persons; 5. Activities organised outside the school – educational trips – 212 people; 6. Teacher support – open package of courses and post-graduate studies – 35 people; 7. Retrofitting of the school’s workshops with specialised equipment and teaching aids – 2 schools; 8. Workshops for parents – 145 people. Thanks to the above-mentioned tasks: a. 235 pupils will raise key competences: mathematical, IT, language, learning and social; B. 32 teachers will raise their qualifications and/or acquire competences, including special pedagogy and ICT/digital; c. 2 interschool workshops will be created; D. 145 parents will be supported by participating in workshops, advice and consultations on cooperation with the school and working with the child.
