The project is aimed at 100 adults over 18 years of age interested in obtaining, supplementing or improving professional qualifications from the area of Zachpom (i.e. persons working, learning or living in the voivodship in the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code) The support will be covered by 100 persons (10K/M90). The main objective of the project is to improve the skills and professional qualifications of adults living in the voivodeships. Zachodniopomorskie (WZ) according to the KC through the use of an instrument of professional guidance in the form of individual meetings of project participants with a professional advisor and creating an Individual Action Plan and participation in qualifying courses in deficit competitions in our voivodship. As a result of participation in the project, 100 people will receive support in choosing the course for individual needs and predisposition of the UP. 80 persons will be qualified by a document within the meaning of the Guidelines on reminder.
