The aim of the project is to increase by 30 September 2020 the quality of education in 18 occupations run by 8 vocational schools in Koszalin, by adapting it to the needs of the labour market, improving the competences and qualifications of vocational training teachers, organising additional forms of training beyond the curriculum for pupils and listeners, equipping vocational schools with modern teaching aids, adapting adult vocational training within the CCC in the profession of the operator of cutting machines and establishing a network of 6 Educational Information and Career Centres (September 30, 2020). The following results will be achieved as a result of the project: at least 190 people (69K,121M) will be qualified in out-of-school forms of education, 16 teachers (4K,12M) will be qualified or acquired competences and 8 vocational schools will use retrofitting purchased through the ESF. The target group of the project consists of vocational schools from Koszalin, students and students of vocational schools and teachers of vocational training, living, working and/or learning in the area of the KKBOF within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. The implementation of the project will contribute to creating the conditions for the comprehensive development of the following professions: e. nutrition and catering services, i.e. hotels, i.e. digital graphic processes, vendor, confectioner, baker, hairdresser, electromechanics, mechanic-monter machines and equipment, operator of machine tools and machines for plastics processing, electromechanics of motor vehicles, e.g. advertising, i.e. computer engineer, motor vehicle mechanics, t. mechanics, t.spedytor. These professions contribute to the development of regional specialisations: maritime activities and logistics, metal-machine industry, tourism and health.
