The subject of the project is a change in the development of public space areas at ul. Tree alley in Białogard to give them new functions: social, cultural and recreational, increasing the level of safety in the area and thus reducing the negative social phenomena diagnosed in the area of revitalisation. The implementation of the project – in addition to intervention in infrastructure – also provides for project partners (associations) to carry out activities in the field of social and professional inclusion for the inhabitants of the revitalisation area (the partnership agreement is annexed to the proposal). The Białogard authorities adopted in the “Local revitalisation programme for the city of Białogard for the years 2017-2023” an action plan for the removal of designated in the commune, characterised by a concentration of negative social phenomena, coexisting with negative phenomena from other spheres, the area of revitalisation from the crisis. The task set out in this proposal is one of the projects specifically mentioned in the LPR, which will directly affect the achievement of this objective. The implementation of the project will be responsible as the leader of the partnership City of Białogard, which will own the infrastructure revitalised within the project. The scope of the project will be carried out in the “design and build” formula for which the Applicant has developed a functional-use program attached to this proposal.
