Experimental creation of a MOOC "Spectroscopy: fundamentals and applications”

The proposed project aims to experiment, at the University of Orleans, the creation of a MOOC on the theme "Energy, Materials, Earth and Universe Sciences (EMSTU). Spectroscopy is the subject of this MOOC. Main objective: propose this MOOC as a Teaching Unit in the Master’s and Doctoral Schools which must be remodeled for the start of 2018. The ambition of this program is to become a reference in the field for the Francophone community, with in the long term, a possibility of accessibility for certain parties in English. Educational objective: develop a tool to promote scientific know-how that will contribute to the attractiveness and outreach of sites in order to attract students to these trainings and encourage researchers and professionals to collaborate with existing teams. The establishment of indicators on these elements will help to quantify these aspects. Target audience: public Scientist, Master 1 and 2 students, PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, researchers and engineers but also professionals in the framework of lifelong learning This experimentation project is part of the development of innovative pedagogical devices, outside traditional pedagogical methods. It aims to capitalise on this experience to reproduce it and extend it to other themes of the site. It fully fits into OS 2.c.1 "Developing new digital services – Action 14(continued IR)
