The project consists of the conversion of an industrial wasteland through the development of public spaces to connect the eco-neighbourhood to the rest of the city. In the long term, it envisages the creation of a diversified supply of local housing, shops and services. In addition to this project, it is planned to set up a bus with a high level of service which will allow to declave this area.
